At 95, Del is next level! I can’t keep up with her! She lifts me up each time we meet and her positive energy, kindness and generosity is inspiring! She loves to stay active and connecting with others is her superpower. I feel so honoured to be her friend.

At 83, Margaret is truly an inspiration. She has a permanent smile on her face and she is grateful every day to have the life that she leads. She loves tennis and this sport keeps her connected, fit and happy!
